1998 – Present Solo Practitioner
Since 1998, I have focused my law practice solely on family law issues. I practice primarily in the family courts of Harris County. I handle all aspects of family law. I accept contested and uncontested cases and represent both men and women. By utilizing current technology, I am able to represent people all over the United States and the world in their Houston cases. I attend continuing legal education seminars that focus on family law issues to keep myself up-to-date in this continually changing area of the law. For legal problems outside the scope of family law, I attempt to refer callers to another attorney that I know and respect.
1994 – 1997 Solo Practitioner
I was heavily involved in two corporate litigation cases involving numerous court appearances. Both corporate litigation cases were eventually mediated successfully. I have also been involved in a general civil practice including wills, probate, personal injury, consumer protection, creditor harassment, family law, and other law issues.
